Connecting
People To God ... Through Corporate Prayer
We Serve - - In
Churches. Among Pastors. Throughout Cities. Across Nations
E-gram From Phil & Carol
Greetings from Southern California!
We are taking some time to be with Jorie and Tim (and Louie!) - a
sort-of-vacation ... With all those incoming emessages and conferences we are
responsible for, each day will include several hours of keeping in close
communication and planning.
Phil also has several meetings while we are here:
€ Just completed, a quick trip from here to Colorado Springs to participate
in the 2004 year of Praying for Pastors Coalition task Force.
€ Meeting with the convener of last February’s Southern California City
Impact Roundtable (hoping to schedule another one in 2004)
€ Meeting with a regional prayer leader who would be the perfect person to
coordinate the next Citywide Prayer Leaders National Consultation (she doesn’t
know that - yet!)
While we are excited to spend time with our daughter and son-in-law, our hearts
are also back in Chicago as Jennie and JJ consider a move to South Carolina - It
is possible that by the time we return, they will have moved into the next
chapter of their life together!
Another transition - Phil has been hired (1/2 time) by Pray! magazine
http://www.praymag.com
as Facilitator of Networks. He will lead two new networks, one for local church
Prayer Leaders and another for Pastors that will assist them in their daily
prayers.
It is always good to hear from and to know you are partnering with us in prayer,
Phil & Carol
