Dear Pastor Phil:
Gracious New Year Greetings to You
I’d like to thank each of you for your diligence in continuing to stand for
Illinois. I truly believe it is the prayer of God’s people that has averted
more violence and bloodshed in our region. We thank God for that.
This year we look forward to continued vigilance.
This new year brings much larger changes and transitions. We’ve been told this
will be a year of surprises. I’m looking forward to this.
In a few days I will depart for an extended mission overseas. So that the
momentum gained by the network is not lost, my part as State Coordinator will be
reassigned.
I would like to thank all of you who have corresponded and continued diligently
to stay on the wall for our State. I truly believe this peace we have been able
to experience this year is largely attributed to the ongoing prayer of God’s
people.
We want to continue to pray. In a few days you will receive a personal
announcement regarding the new Illinois State Coordinator from the USSPN
headquarters. In the meantime I am attaching a few things to this e-mail.

Prophetic Words from August
Chuck Pierce emphasized that the next two months should be used to refine our
vision.
Pastor Dutch shared this very pointed word: "Illinois is My Apostolic State".
As such, Illinois will be a prototype state. Pastor Dutch mentioned five key
points:
1) "For Illinois to move fully to the apostolic anointing it's going to have to
transition to another level of strength, understanding and maturity. The
apostolic governing order must go to another level.
2) Illinois must move forward to another level of connecting, networking
and joining one another. Illinois must go to another level of networking the
state, leaders, intercessors, warriors, pastors have to transition across
barriers, bodies, streams, and across racial and denominational lines. One of
the things that satan will try to do is to try to bring disconnection as this is
one of the greatest strengths of the apostolic anointing.
The Word of the Lord that came on this subject:
Because Illinois is apostolic, many local expressions of my Spirit, local
churches, ministries streams, many of them are very well connected but they've
not gone to the next level of the apostolic and been able to connect properly
outside of their own realm, outside of their own church. And so some would look
at this state and say no, no, no this is not true there's good connection here,
there's good apostolic order. And the Lord would say to that yes there is good
connection and there is apostolic order but He's going to take it to a level now
that goes outside of the local expressions and you're not going to have good
connection and good connectedness and jointedness joined together, you're not
only going to have that in your local expressions but eight of you are going to
get together the Spirit of the Lord said, eight of you are going to come
together. But I say to you not only are the eight going to come together but the
eight are going to multiply again and sixty-four and then a hundred and eighty
or whatever. They are going to come together until there is a new connecting in
the State of Illinois that takes the apostolic anointing to a higher level and
it’s going to extend the authority of God over the battlefield on this state in
a way that it hasn't been connected before and you're going to begin to see the
armies of God prevail in ways that they have never prevailed before. Demons are
going to be disempowered in a new way. Breakthroughs are going to come.
Deliverance is going to come. People are going to be set free. On the
battlefield there's going to come a turning of the tide because the apostolic
order goes to another level of connection...
So just get in agreement with me right now. Lord we just tear down everything
that the enemy has brought and will try to bring. We not only tear down what
he's done already, we tear down what he's trying to do. We say in the name of
the Lord that there is not going to be a successful disenfranchising. There's
not going to be any disconnecting. There's not going to be an altering of the
time or the season or the decree of God. We are going to see every joint be
locked in. Every ministry, every church, everyone is going to be afforded the
opportunity the Lord says to go to another level of connecting. Denominational
lines, racial lines, genders lines. I'm going to do it all He says, I'm going
to connect you at another level. Streams are going to come together.
The Lord says, The Grace is coming on the place, the grace is coming on the
place. The grace to come together is coming on this place. For I say you've
been here and you've been there but I'm giving you the grace to come on the
place and the supernatural abundance of an alignment is falling in this region.
I say let it begin and watch things change saith the Lord...
We decree there is a connecting of the Body of Christ coming in the State of
Illinois going to another level. God is snapping things into alignment. He's
healing dislocation and broken places and snapping them back. He's mending the
nets so he can bring a great harvest to the State of Illinois. The Lord says
I'm going to have a net that will not fail this time. I'm going to have a net
that can hold the Harvest. I'm going to have a net that won't let one fish out
and just like the Lord you'll be able to say of those you've given to me not one
has been lost except the son of perdition that the scriptures might be
fulfilled. I'm telling you you're going to go to another level of getting fish,
keeping fish, mentoring fish, discipling fish because you're going to have
healthy nets the Lord says.
3) Referring to John 7:37-39. Illinois must go to another level of
illumination. Referring to the great day of the Great Feast - the Feast of
Tabernacles. There will be a new release of revelation and a new release of
understanding. God has another phase of understanding and revelation. Dreams,
visits and insights from scriptures. Angelic visitations. A new level of
prophetic, word of wisdom, word of knowledge, discernment of spirits etc. Also,
another level of the glory. The greatest revelation right now that God wants to
begin to unfold on you is that God is inside of you. He wants you to be God is
inside of you minded everywhere you go...The State of Illinois will be known as
the place where the river of God dwells.
4) The Feast of Tabernacles also called the Feast of Ingathering symbolizing
harvest. This apostolic feast is a picture of the harvest that is coming. If we
move into this new level of anointing there is absolutely another level of
harvest coming. You will move out of Acts Chapter 5 (addition) to Acts Chapter
6 (multiplication). This year the Feast of Tabernacles marks something in the
Spirit. This year it will begin.
5) Referring back to John 7, from out of your belly, the word "Koilia" means
womb or the matrix. The matrix of the spirit, meaning where something
originates or is birthed. God will have an apostolic people that knows how to
birth things, to originate things, to plant the seed of God, the prophetic word
of God into the atmosphere and cause their region to be pregnant with God's
words... out from their matrix something is going to flow and it’s called the
river of life.

Illinois
is a Horeb Place – Mt. Horeb is the same as Mt. Sinai. These were used
interchangeably in scripture. Moses went up and received the laws, the
government there, the patterns or plans of God were given there. The Lord said
Illinois is his apostolic state. It is a place of government, a place where
plans are given. Illinois is a prototype for what God wants to do in the rest of
the nation, consistent with being a Horeb. Prototypes are apostolic. Horeb is a
place where the timings of God are understood more clearly. Moses had to wait
for God’s timing to be revealed. He went to Horeb when he left Egypt. It was
there on Horeb that he waited for God’s perfect timing to be revealed to him for
leading God’s people out of Egypt. It is also a place of waiting, as Joshua
waited there 33 days for Moses to come out from the presence of God.
Galatians 6:9 says we shall reap in due season if we faint not. Due in
the Greek means idios and season means Kairos. Idios refers to ownership.
There really is a timing for Illinois and a season that you own. Satan is going
to try to steal it from you but if you press into it and go all the way, you
will fully receive the Kairos that you own.
I Kings
14 Elijah was in a time of depression from the spirit of Jezebel. The Lord
passed by. This passed by is the word “abar” to cover, to impregnate. We get
pregnant with how to release 2 things:
Exodus 3 Horeb is
where God came to Moses and renewed his calling. Place where God’s tools are
given to you. Moses staff was called the staff of Horeb. The horrible place
becomes a Holy place. People become holy and the land becomes holy. God didn’t
wait till everything was done until God said it was holy unto the Lord. It
becomes holy because God is there. He doesn’t move because stuff changes. Stuff
changes because God moves.
Exodus 17: The rock of Horeb, where the river flowed. That word river here
refers to a summer thaw where ice and snow would melt and form a river as it
flowed down the mountain. God’s spirit will come like a fire to melt the cold
places in sinners’ hearts in this region and that river will take you to another
level. If God is saying this is a Horeb state then He wants to take Illinois to
a new level of revelation. God is marrying the Apostolic and the Prophetic to
bring this about. New revelations of God are given at mount Horeb. This is both
apostolic and prophetic, where the church learns to move through the gate of
revelation. You won’t just stumble onto revelation but move into it on purpose.
II Kings
18 Hezekiah destroyed Nehustan (the serpent on the pole that became an idol).
I want to come and brake the Nehustans in your life, the tradition. I will deal
with religion and with religious form in this State. I am shaking the
established churches and ministries in the region. I am going to demand change.
Ask for my mercy for them but do not ask for mercy for the structure. Ask for
restoration of heart. I am going to shake them so that which is pure can survive
