Planning A Regional City Impact
Roundtable
What Is The Theme? "The Whole Church taking the Whole
Gospel to the Whole City"
Pastors, Prayer leaders, Ministers of Compassion, Justice,
Social Service, Youth Leaders, Marketplace Missionaries who serve in and through
the business, legal and civic communities
1. To build and establish relationships of those with
like-mind, vision and heart for
"The Whole Church Taking the Whole Gospel to The Whole City."
2. To share and glean information during times of networking.
3. To exchange ideas and share how the Lord has been moving in your sphere
of influence.
4. Potential formation of partnerships for collaborative efforts
5. As this is the first such gathering on a regional level, it may possibly
lay the foundation
for future meetings and therefore have an impact on our nation.
We meet in a roundtable setting in order to promote honest
dialogue and relationships. All attendees are valued participants in the
process. Prayer will be ongoing as the Holy Spirit leads throughout the
sessions. Discussion is intense but dress is casual.
All participants are expected to visit
http://www.nppn.org/cir.htm and
read through at least one article in each section so you are prepared to discuss
knowledgeably issues regarding “the whole Church,” the whole Gospel,” and “the
whole City.”
1. Location for the meeting (must afford roundtables; no
rows or pews)
2 Hospitality (motel / retreat center / college dorm / homes ...)
3. Meals and Snacks
4. Cost (consider expense/honorarium of outside facilitator)
5. Registration (mail / phone / online ...)
6. Publicity (attendance will result from regional, not national promotion)
7. Table Hosts / Facilitators (this includes others in the recruiting
process)
8. Assign tasks from Checklist...
