Thank you for your kind prayers and enquiries about this special evangelistic effort in Argentina by means of Palau's Festival.

- By these hours brother Luis is sharing Jesus good news, after a previous concert with Puma Rodriguez, and other famous born again artists who specially traveled to Argentina for the occasion, plus an Argentinian group, Rescate.

One of our prayer items in last prayer alert, was about Luis' reports in Argentina's media. He was not only asked to participate in a programme with a great  audience  on Sunday night as we told you, but during the week then he appeared in a similar TV programm as well.
 
The other prayer item was about Luis Palau's visits to leaders and authorities in our country.

We translate in English Language a piece of the report given in "Los Andes Online" newspaper:
 
"I am bringing a special message for young people", said this morning in a conference to the Media, in the  House of Government in Mendoza.
He was received by Julio Cobos, Mendoza's Governor and also Turism and Culture ministry was also present, Mariana Juri; Security and Justice ministries, and Government Ministry, Gabriel Fidel. Pastor Carlos Rojas and members of evangelical community were part of this meeting.

Palau was stated as a " honor guest " in Mendoza province and a festival will be held in San Martín General Park.This festival will not include only music, but a message focused on family and specially it is addressed  to young people.

Governor Cobos said to Palau that "he was invited to his province together with Pastor Rojas, as he is worthy to be invited" and among other encouraging words, governor Cobos said that Palau "is communicating a message to the world".

Luis Palau shared in this conference that "we are bringing with us good news, positive ones, to give courage for kids and young people".
"They can win, there is hope, please do not flee everybody (young Argentinians do this. Editor's note) to Spain, there are possibilities, with Jesus we can be winners".

(Palau said) : "It is amazing  to be in Mendoza just as the same time than Vintage Feast, this is an special privilege." After this he thanked governor Cobos for his welcome and his will to let the Festival be done and said that this Festival is not for a sect, or just for a group, it is for everybody:" we will receive Roman-Catholics, atheists...this is a positive feast".

Talking to young people, he said:

"You can overcome on "having fun" at late hours in the night, you can be glad without wasting your time", talking directly about night feasts ". (Cromagnon's tragedy occurred on one of these night concerts. Edition comment).

Palau had also a meeting with business men, and he shared with them that "he wants to talk that God is relevant in modern life. And that Latins have tried to imitate Europe models, and this is a great mistake. Secularism brought the First and Second World War".

Another Argentinian agency, Argenpress, mentioned that  Luis Palau is a man "well-known all over the world by his stadium meetings, his conferences for people in business, politics and another activities. The basis for his success is that his capable of being attractive to the audience speaking in a simple-language speech. Many times he tells people his personal experiences in order to be accessible to persons".

Coming back to our prayer items given before, I would like to apologize and re-send this new about gays movement more precisely.

Yes indeed gays took place in a Vintage  Feast, but it was like a parallel to the official Vintage Festival, not in the same place as we firstly reported.

 They had their own feast and  beauty contest, and, as Pablo Pereyra tells us in "Los Andes" periodical, they made a  revision of homosexuals history associated with wine, since Romans times to Modern times.
 Miss beauty gay was Lucia Tello, a travesti hairdresser. There was a gays show as well.

We pray that God's grace by means of Luis Palau's visit will be greater than this movement inspiring people to accept homosexual's life style. Pay close attention that this Mendoza's journal issued this article just today, when Luis will be sharing Jesus' message.
